How to use a weighted blanket correctly?
1.Not recommended for use by infants or children less than 1 year old or pregnant women. When used on the elderly, make sure they can remove aggravated blankets independently.
2. Do not place the weighted blanket across the shoulders or cover face or head with it.
3. Regularly check the heavy blanket for damage to prevent internal material leakage. Don't swallow the contents of the blanket.
4. Weighted blanket is engineered to be 7-12% of your body weight to relax the nervousness to improve sleep, mood, and relaxation. Please choose the weight according to the body weight. If you're unsure, start off with a lighter weight.
